Tomorrow looks like a great day to train!  Good temp, no rain in the morning, AROO (that is for the Spartan Tribe).    Here is what is planned for tomorrow:

Warm-up:

  • Range of Motion routine
  • Hip mobility
  • Squats
  • Single leg toe touches
  • Cadence drill

Spartan Add-On

Drills & Strength:

  • 2 x A-skip
  • 2 x B-skip
  • 2 x advanced butt kicks, (each direction)
  • 2 x band side steps (each direction)
  • 2 x band monster walks (forward and backward)

Endurance:

  • 50:00 easy to moderate pace (self-select run, intervals, or brisk walk)

  • Stretching Routine
