• Warm-up exercises (squats, Spiderman stretch)

Workout:

• Completion Group – 40:00 easy run

• Competition Group (Speed Workout)

Strength:
• 1:00 max push-ups / 2:00 rest
• 1:00 hollow hold / 2:00 rest
• 1:00 Superman hold

Stretch:
• Stretching routine
