Hello Balanced Runners!

Looks like it may be raining tomorrow morning.  We’ll check the weather tomorrow around 06:30 and indicate on Facebook if we are training. Remember, we train in the rain, however, we don’t train in dangerous conditions.  If it is merely raining, we will meet in the picnic shelters down by the beginning of the trail.  Be sure to pack a mat for exercises on the deck and clothes to change into after the workout.
