Hi Balanced Runners –
Looks like we will have a nice sunny morning for our group workout tomorrow. I don’t know how wet the ground will be, so please bring a mat, we will spend some time on the deck. Below is what is planned for tomorrow:
Warm-up:
• Range of Motion routine
• Warm-up exercises: 3 x [10L/10R lunges | 10 push-ups | 10 v-ups]
Form Drills:
• 3 x high knees (about 15m)
• 3 x butt kicks (about 15m)
• 3 x grapevine, (about 15m each direction)
Endurance:
• 20:00 easy to moderate pace (self-select run, intervals, or brisk walk)
Strength:
• 2 x band exercises (right side step | left side step | forward monster walk | backward monster walk]
• Rehab/prehab routine
Stretch:
• Normal stretching routine
