Hey warm weather fans, looks like you’ll have your wish tomorrow – mid-40’s for practice, but no sun in the forecast. Be sure to bring your mat and dry clothes to change into after the endurance run. Here is what is on deck for tomorrow:

Warm-up:
• Range of Motion routine
• Warm-up exercises: 3 x [10×4-count MTN climbers | 5×8-count bodybuilders | 10×4-count flutter kicks]

Strength:
• 3 x band exercises (right side step | left side step | forward monster walk | backward monster walk]
• Rehab/prehab routine

Drills:
• 3 x high knees (about 20m)
• 3 x butt kicks (about 20m)
• 3 x grapevine, (about 20m each direction)

Endurance:
• 25:00 easy to moderate pace (self-select run, intervals, or brisk walk)

Stretch:
• Stretching Routine
