Looks like we are going to have another nice sunny morning for practice. Be sure to bring your mat and dry clothes to change into after the endurance run. Here is what is on deck for tomorrow:
Warm-up:
• Range of Motion routine
• Warm-up exercises: 3 x [10 4-count MTN climbers | 10 push-ups | 10 L/R Spidermans]
Form Endurance:
• 20:00 easy to moderate pace (self-select run, intervals, or brisk walk)
Drills:
• 3 x high knees (about 20m)
• 3 x butt kicks (about 20m)
• 3 x grapevine, (about 20m each direction)
Strength:
• 3 x band exercises (right side step | left side step | forward monster walk | backward monster walk]
• Rehab/prehab routine
Stretch:
• Normal stretching routine
