Sorry that a coach is not able to meet you at the track tonight. Here is a workout that will make you feel as if we are there

• Warm-up routine
• 3 x (10L/10R lunges, 10 push-ups, 10 v-ups)
• 1 mile (4 laps) easy
• 5 x (200m mod / 100 easy) – this is not speedwork, so don’t run the 200’s hard. This is only supposed to be effort variation.
• 800m (2 laps) easy
• 20 inch-worms
• Stretching routine
