Hello Balanced Runners!

 

Looks like tomorrow is going to be another brisk morning.  Don’t worry, we’ll start off in a way that warms us up quickly J  Given that it will literally be freezing, pack warm clothes to change into after we run and bring a mat or towel, we’re going to “hit the deck” tomorrow morning.  Here is our planned “Run of the Day” (ROD).

30 min Easy Run/Run-Walk/Walk

Drills: 4 x Skipping

2 x A-Skip

2 x B-Skip

Strength: 2 x Side Step (w/Lunge)

2 x Monster Walk

Rehab/Prehab Routine

Stretching: Stretching Routine
