Looks like tomorrow is going to be another brisk morning. Don’t worry, we’ll start off in a way that warms us up quickly J Given that it will literally be freezing, pack warm clothes to change into after we run and bring a mat or towel, we’re going to “hit the deck” tomorrow morning.
