Wanna run in the rain? Good, we might get our wish 🙂

Tomorrow wraps up our first week of 5k training. Our plan is as follows:

Warm-Up:
• ROM routine
• Warm-up exercises (walking lunges, walking high kicks)

Drills:
• High Knees
• Butt Kicks
• Skipping

Long Run:
• Completion group runs 35:00
• Competition group runs 4 miles

Stretch:
• Stretching routine

The training plans are attached. Note, the completion plan is slightly revised. The Sunday run for weeks 1 & 2 have been corrected to 20:00 runs.
