Workout
- 10:00 easy run
- Two sets of the identified drill followed by a 5-minute easy run:
- 2 x Skip | 5-min easy run
- 2 x A – Skip | 5-min easy run
- 2 x B – Skip | 5-min easy run
- 2 x Butt Kicks | 5-min easy run
- 2 x Carioca (Grapevine) | 5-min easy run
- 2 x strides | 5-min easy run
