Happy Independence Day weekend to you. Tina and I hope everyone has a safe and fun weekend and that you all run like the wind at your races. This week’s practice is relatively easy and brief so you enter your 04 July events rested and ready to rock.

For those not racing and wanting an extra effort
- 40:00 Easy Run with 10 reps every 0.3 miles (choose jumping jacks, burpees, or mountain climbers)
