We know the weather forecast for tomorrow morning – 100% Chance of Sweat!  That’s right, it will be hot & humid with a chance of rain. Remember, we train in the rain (just not the thunder and lightning).  Please bring a mat if you don’t want to be on the wet ground tomorrow morning.
