Hey Balanced Runners –

Get ready to sweat!  Looks like tomorrow morning is going to be another sweat-fest.  Please properly prepare – hydrate with appropriate beverages tonight and bring a water bottle with you tomorrow morning.  The workout is short and intense (but scalable).

Warm-Up:

  • ROM routine
  • Warm-up exercises: 3 x #>0[1 burpee, 2 push-ups, 3 squats]

Workout

  1. 10:00 easy run
  2. Two sets of the identified drill followed by a 5-minute easy run:
  • 2 x Skip | 5-min easy run
  • 2 x A – Skip | 5-min easy run
  • 2 x B – Skip | 5-min easy run
  • 2 x Butt Kicks | 5-min easy run
  • 2 x Carioca (Grapevine) | 5-min easy run
  • 2 x strides | 5-min easy run
