Well, sad to say this, but feels like summer time weather is here. Tomorrow’s start looks like it will be hot and humid – so bring water and dress accordingly. You’ll also want to bring a mat if you don’t want to do the strength session on the ground. See you “Bright & Ugly!”

• Completion Group – 50:00 LSD

• Competition Group (Speed Workout)

Strength:
• 1:00 max burpees / 2:00 rest
• 1:00 hollow hold / 2:00 rest
• 1:00 Superman hold

Stretch:
• Stretching routine
